Lindsay K Bell, MPH, CSP is an EHS Manager at The Sherwin-Williams Company. She entered the EHS profession through graduate studies in Public Health. Initially studying Environmental Health, she changed her focus to Health, Safety and Environment after completing Co-Op assignments in EHS Training and Manufacturing Operations. After graduation Lindsay continued to work in manufacturing in a rotational development program for early career professionals designed to provide diverse experiences in Safety, Supply Chain, and Lean Manufacturing. The program empowered her to connect the dots between EHS and Operations in the manufacturing environment.
Lindsay is a professional member of ASSP and serves as Delegate and Chapter WISE Co-Chair for the National Capital Chapter. She participates in the BISE and WISE mentoring program and has had a successful mentor/mentee matches for over 4 years. She is a member of the BISE and WISE Common Interest Groups as well as the Manufacturing Practice Specialty where she serves as the Membership Chair. Lindsay is a volunteer leader in the ASSP society wide Membership Development Committee and New Professionals Task Force.
